Bluwater Condos For Sale Or Rent, 3500 Lakeshore Rd, Oakville, March 15,2015. I believe all the units for sale by the builder are sold out. Occupancy is now well under way. Some buyers for various reasons want to set up their units for rental, assignment or for sale (after registration). The occupancy period is when the buyers do not own the unit, pay a monthly occupancy fee, and have access to live there. Upon registration the buyer will pay the builder the balance of the purchase price and receive title to their condo. Once the buyer has title they may lease or resell in a normal process. The rules for possible assignments and how the unit may be used during the occupancy period are typically part of the original agreement of purchase and sale. Occupancy periods vary between condo developments.  There are no units for sale on MLS today and there are 4 units for rent. The units for rent range from 3000-4500 per month. Bluwater Condos, Oakville For Sale Aug 1,2014

I received an email from Pemberton stating that the builder has 5 units left at Bluwater Condos in Oakville with some significant incentives to buy now. Occupancy is scheduled to begin this year. Bluwater Condos in Oakville. Site pictures July,2014

The Bluwater Condos in Oakville are taking shape with the start of occupancy scheduled for fall 2014. I took some pictures around the site with the hope that you may pick out the unit you purchased and see how it is with respect to the views, trees, lake and other buildings in the condo. Last Chance Before Public Grand Opening for Bluwater, Oakville

The public opening is Nov 6 at 12:00 for Bluwater Condominiums in Oakville. If you are thinking of this project get in before the grand opening by calling Bluwater or the realtor of your choice. Why would you wait any further than you have already if you are considering. There will be less choice and possibly higher prices after 12:00 Nov 6.

Happy Owner

I met a gentleman that I had previously discussed condos with the other day and he told me that he has purchased in Ashford Terrace. He had his choice of many condos but the appeal for him (them) was the unobstructed lake view and the huge terraces. I can picture him and his wife entertaining on the terrace and  I think they made a wise purchase that will enhance their lifestyle.
