BluWater Condominiums on the Previous Site of Ashford Terrace?

There is a large sign on the Lakefront Site of the Ashford Terrace Development that was put on hold in 2009. The sign is advertising BluWater Condominiums http://www.bluwatercondos.com/ and although there is no information they are taking registrations. The site is very attractive overlooking Lake Ontario and I wonder if they are selling the same product as Ashford Terrace or if they are redoing the entire site. If anyone knows please comment.
