Bluwater Condos in Oakville. Site pictures July,2014

The Bluwater Condos in Oakville are taking shape with the start of occupancy scheduled for fall 2014. I took some pictures around the site with the hope that you may pick out the unit you purchased and see how it is with respect to the views, trees, lake and other buildings in the condo. Bluwater Condos in Oakville Pictures of Construction

There is a huge excavation at Bluwater Condos in Oakville and I am sure owners are excited to see the crane go up and concrete footings being poured. I had a few visits to the site in the last few weeks and the pictures are attached.

Bluwater Site Plan Amendment- Town Public Meeting-Sept 13 at 5:00

There is a meeting on Tuesday Sept 13,2011 where one of the agenda items is the site plan amendment for Bluwater.(Ashford Terrace). Lakeshore Woods and Bluwater Condominiums Lakefront Paradise!

It was a glorious day on Saturday April 2,2011. I walked from Lakeshore Road West and Great Lakes Blvd in Lakeshore Woods, Oakville west along Lake Ontario. I walked to the site of the Bluwater Condominiums by Pemberton and met a Canadian Goose on the way. The lake was beautiful, calm and clear and that brief walk shows how you may live in a city but have an amazing waterfront experience.

Pool and Spa on Lake Ontario Bluwater Condos, Oakville

Looking at the artists rendition of the  Bluwater Condos in Oakville  it looks very elegant and chic. It reminds me of Cancun hotels with the large pool overlooking the water. The pool is between the center tower (of 3) and Lake Ontario. Many units will have  great views of the pool and that will add to the resort feel of this condo. I have a pool in my back yard and although I seldom go swimming it creates that “vacation”  feeling.

Progress in the Park

Although the attraction of Ashford Terrace is the Lake the Park to the East is looking real good. The Town has landscaped and put in paths, added trees, and made a very nice area. Any of the units facing East should have an attractive view and it will be a great area for a walk. I strolled through the site last Monday and it is really taking shape. Well Done!
